Entrance Rules
1. Members must sign the entry log at the pool entrance.
2. If a life guard can not confirm membership or a visitor is not a guest of a member, then that
individual is considered to be trespassing.
3. Management has the right to deny access to the swim club to any guest or member.
4. Children under 10 years old may not be left unattended at the pool.
5. The pool deck must be cleared daily from 10:30-11:00 am for cleaning.
6. No one is permitted on pool property before or after operating hours; swim team is an
exception and allowed admittance during designated times.
Guest Policy
1. Each membership will be limited to 5 guests per day. Members are allowed 10 free guest
visits with membership. Members must notify a lifeguard when he/she brings a guest and
the lifeguard will sign the guest pass.
2. Guest fees for guests beyond the initial 10 complimentary passes will be collected by a
lifeguard. Members must notify a lifeguard when he/she brings a guest and the lifeguard will
collect appropriate guest fees. In the event of pool closure, refund will be issued to guests
who have been at the facility less than one hour. Guest fees are $5.00 per guest per day.
3. Members must also sign in guests upon entering the pool facility.
4. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. When the member leaves the pool,
the guest must also leave.
5. Guests under 16 years of age must have parent or guardian present at all times.
6. Each guest and/or each occurrence a guest is admitted into the Swim Club constitutes one
7. Club members will be held responsible for all actions of their guests. The cost of any
property damage by a guest or member will be charged to the member.
Pool Safety
1. Members who witness any physical violence, destruction of property, or behavior issues are
required to report the incident to a lifeguard immediately.
2. Life guards are authorized to enforce all pool rules and remedy ANY situation they feel
compromises the safety of pool members. Members are required to respond to lifeguard
3. Noodles, rafts, swim rings, etc. will be allowed if utilized in a safe manner and at
Management's discretion.
4. Parent/Guardian must accompany a non-swimmer in the water within arm’s reach at all
5. Running, pushing, wrestling, unsafe conduct, dangerous behavior or putting others at risk
will not be permitted on the Swim Club grounds or in the pool.
6. No diving into the pool except off diving board.
7. Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time. Patron using the diving board
must wait on the deck until the person in the water reaches the ladder.
8. Lap lane is for lap swimming only

Pool Courtesy
1. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children. This includes
pavilion and sport court areas. The lifeguards’ primary responsibility is the safety and
security of the pool area.
2. There is a zero tolerance policy regarding profane language, the use of which will result in
immediate ejection from the pool by Management. Members are required to report such
incidents to a lifeguard immediately.
3. Swim diapers must be worn in wading pool and main pool for those not potty trained.
4. All sand must be washed off prior to re entering the pool- the pool pump can not tolerate
5. No glass of any kind is permitted. All beverages or food brought into the pool area must be
in paper or plastic containers and be consumed in designated areas. Grills must be turned
off, cleaned and covered half an hour prior to closing. If you are the last to use the grill,
please clean off the grill and replace the cover.
6. Please clean up after yourself. All trash must be disposed of in a trash container, and tables
cleaned off for the next user.
Social Events
1. Parties and social events must be scheduled through Susan Hall at least one week prior to
event to allow for adequate lifeguard coverage.
1. Do not double park in the upper lot. Emergency vehicles need clear access at all times.
2. Note the yellow lines on the driveway entrance and do not park in this area, these are to
ensure emergency vehicles have clear access from the street to the upper parking lot.
3. Do not park between the signs on the driveway heading to the pool’s main lot- it blocks the
private driveway
1. Membership and pool access is a privilege. The Swim Club reserves the right to rescind
membership for major or continued rule infraction at any time with no refund.
2. There is zero tolerance for unsafe conduct (to self and others), destruction of property,
littering, unpaid or unregistered guests, and continued pattern of disregarding the rules.
These actions can result in loss of membership.
3. Misrepresentation of family members or misuse of membership cards will result in
termination of Swim Club membership without refund.
